A small school with big ambitions
Welcome to AG International Uppsala – a small international school in Luthagen, just a stone’s throw from Uppsala Cathedral. Here, students can follow the full Cambridge pathway, from Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary to Cambridge Upper Secondary & IGCSE and the A Level Programme, within the same school community. With small classes, high academic expectations and teachers who have the time to get to know each student, we offer a supportive environment for every stage of their education.
With approximately 10–15 students per class, there is room to ask questions, explore ideas and receive individual support. The result is a personal and academically ambitious school experience that prepares students for further studies in Sweden and around the world.

Small classes,

Smaller classes create more space for discussion, collaboration and active participation. Students are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and take an active role in their learning – making the classroom a place for both academic challenge and curiosity.
A unique environment for A Level students
For students studying A Levels, AGI offers an additional opportunity that makes the school experience particularly special.
AGI shares its building with a Swedish gymnasium, giving our A Level students access to a larger school environment while maintaining the small classes and close-knit community that define AGI.
Students can make use of shared social spaces and have opportunities to meet and interact with Swedish students during their time at school.
This creates a unique combination: the international academic environment of Cambridge alongside the opportunity to become part of everyday Swedish student life. You can have the best of both worlds.
