The AG International Guaranteed Seat Programme gives companies the opportunity to reserve school places for employees’ children in advance, so access to education can be secured before a move to Sweden.

GUARANTEED SCHOOL PLACES

Through the programme, your company reserves a predefined number of places at AG International for each academic year. The places are held for your organisation and can be used when an employee relocating to Sweden needs a school place for their child.

Accepting a new role in another country is a big decision – especially when children are part of the move. Finding the right school can be one of the most important questions for a family considering a relocation to Sweden.

By securing access to international education in advance, employers can offer more than a new career opportunity. They can give prospective employees and their families greater reassurance about what life in Sweden could look like from the start.

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS

  • The programme is tailored to your organisation’s needs:
  • Define your needs – agree on the number of seats, school levels and campus locations
  • Reserve your seats – places are secured for your organisation for the academic year
  • Allocate a seat – assign it to an employee’s child when needed
  • Adjust over time – the number of reserved seats can be adapted as your organisation’s needs change

CORPORATE FEE

Each guaranteed seat carries an annual retainer fee of EUR 4,500 per academic year. The fee secures the availability of the reserved place, whether or not the seat is ultimately filled.

If the seat is not used during the academic year, the retainer remains the fee for guaranteed availability and priority access. 

WHEN A STUDENT ENROLS

When an employee’s child enrols at AG International using one of the company’s guaranteed seats, the EUR 4,500 retainer is deducted from the student’s total tuition fee for that academic year.

This means the company is paying to secure availability in advance, while an occupied seat forms part of the regular tuition arrangement.
