Guaranteed Seat Programme & Corporate Fees

Our Guaranteed Seat Programme is designed for international companies and organisations that regularly relocate employees to Sweden and wish to secure access to high-quality international education for their families.

Through this programme, companies can reserve a fixed number of school places per academic year at our international schools.

Partnership Approach

The Guaranteed Seat Programme is offered through annual agreements, with flexibility to adjust the number of reserved seats over time. Terms, school levels and campus locations are defined in dialogue with each partner to ensure alignment with organisational needs.

How the Programme Works

  • The company commits to a predefined number of guaranteed seats per academic year.
  • Each guaranteed seat carries an annual retainer fee of EUR 4500 per seat.
  • The retainer secures availability of a place, regardless of whether the seat is ultimately filled.
  • If a student enrols and occupies a guaranteed seat, the EUR 4500 is deducted from the student’s total tuition fee for that academic year.
  • If no student uses the seat, the retainer remains as pay- ment for guaranteed availability and priority access.
